New research conducted by the National Center for the Middle Market and the National Association of Manufacturers shows that advanced manufacturing has great potential to spur economic growth without infringing on employment. What's more, middle market advanced manufacturing is expected to grow substantially in the near term. But manufactures must first overcome overcome key challenges, including sourcing employees with the right skills to take full advantage of the new technologies.
