Perhaps no industry has been impacted more by the digital revolution and
the rise of the empowered consumer than retail. Recent research by the
National Center for the Middle Market (NCMM) shows that retailers who
are thriving in this environment share common characteristics, including
the drive to create a seamless experience for empowered consumers. This
webcast will focus on how empowered consumers are driving ongoing
digital change in the retail sector. We will explore the findings of
NCMM’s research followed by idea rich perspectives on how retailers can
address four evolving experience areas that are key to winning with
consumers and an aligned digital strategy – Personalization, Speed,
Customer Experience and Value.
