May 6, 2015

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

Following a year of consistently accelerating revenue and employment growth in the middle market, growth appears to be slowing and stabilizing in the first quarter of 2015, according to the National Center for the Middle Market’s latest Middle Market Indicator (MMI), which surveys 1000 executives (CEOs, CFOs, and other C-Suite executives) from the middle market's nearly 200,000 companies, focusing on their business capabilities and performance, growth drivers, and economic outlook.

The Q1 2015 MMI represents the 13th consecutive query into the state and health of the U.S. middle market. This quarter’s survey included several new and revised questions to delve deeper into the practices of middle market firms and the mindset of middle market leaders.

Join the NCMM’s Executive Director, Thomas A. Stewart, as he discusses the Q1’15 MMI results. In addition to sharing the latest insights on the health and performance of the middle market, he will share the results of the Center’s latest research report “Building the Top Team” which focuses on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent leveraging what most middle market companies find challenging: a strong employer brand and employee value proposition.
