About the facilitator:
Jennifer Boerst - Chief Operations Officer, The Novo Group

As COO of The Novo Group, a Milwaukee-based national talent advisory and recruiting firm, Jennifer Boerst has been instrumental in the growth, development and execution of countless growth strategies within the firm. Jen initially joined Novo at it’s inception as a Recruiting Consultant and has continued to impact every area of the business through each of her promotions in Delivery, Sales, Operations and now as part of the Executive Team. Her philosophy is simple “Solve problems (whether in business or personally) by getting to know people so that you truly understand them and can make a positive impact.” This philosophy has been a driving force in her development of creative yet effective recruiting solutions for both Novo and her clients while cementing her reputation as being honest, fair and effective. Before joining The Novo Group, Jen joined Strong Investments in Milwaukee, WI initially as a Recruiter then promoted into a role as a Relationship Manager with oversight of of high net worth clients via investment strategies and asset attainment. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, serving as Director of Congregational life at her church, volunteering and working out. Jen graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management.
